Commercial Septic System Installation

The procedures for commercial on-site wastewater disposal are outlined in the documents below.  The procedures of 410 IAC 6-10 must be followed, and forms must be submitted to both the Clark County Health Department and the Indiana State Department of Health.

First, call 1-800-382-9480 for the Sanitary Engineering Commercial Section, or write to the following address:

Once approval from the Indiana State Department of Health is obtained, you will need to follow the procedures outlined at this link.
