Public Health Nurse - Childhood Immunizations and Adult Tetanus Immunization

The Public Health Nurse will provide childhood immunizations and adult tetanus immunizations at the office located at:

Immunizations are provided free of charge, however a small donation of $2 is requested.

Office Hours are 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, by appointment only.
