Public Health Nurse - Childhood Immunizations and Adult Tetanus Immunization

The office of the Public Health Nurse provides childhood immunizations, adult tetanus immunizations (by appointment) at the Jeffersonville office. Immunizations are provided free of charge, however a small donation of $2 is requested.
